Maybe in the past not making the most beneficial decisions or responding from the heart without fear of judgement or rejection. It's okay, observe this , your errors, feel them, allow them to come forth. Then let them go.

Today is a new day to put the intention in mind to make decisions & respond from a state of peace, peace in knowing that what we are as Godly spiritual beings has unlimited potential for new possibilities. Peace in knowing we have this inner creator power to choose with wisdom & live from the unconditional heart space called Love.

The above "symptoms" are actually the body's innate expression of releasing & letting go of toxins and dead cells, along with expressing nutrient defiency.

There are at least 7 labels for these "symptoms":
1. Fifth Dis "ease"
2. Roseola
3. Chikenpox
4. Rubella
5. Molluscum contagiosum
6. Hand, foot, mouth Dis "ease"
7. Measels

Children begin expressing at different ages & times due to the amount of toxins they're exposed to in their environment from indoor & outdoor air, water, foods, personal care items and electromagnetic radiation along with nutrient deficiencies. When there's a group of children within the same area that are expressing similar "symptoms," I would recommend investigating their environmental conditions & nutritional lack.

Today, I'm on the edge.
On the edge of a forest viewing sunrise @ 6:33am, it is 51 degrees. There was a slight haze on the horizon, as the sun rose above it was brght red, then graduated to yellow. I viewed the suns rays coming directly to me. Pure & beautiful.

Externally there's a lot of activity this morning, birds singing, crows in the distance, crickets chirping & frogs croaking, and deer crossing.

Within the internal environment, there is the business of the mind. Thoughts gathering & organizing what I hope to accomplish today. My emotional being is filled with gratitude to have been able to start this day in this beautiful reverent, to attune the 12 senses. There is also the joy of knowing a dear friend is doing well & is in loving care. I gather all these & create harmony within so that I can shine throughout today.

May you have an external , internal attuned day.

Good day from Valley Falls Lodging & Sauna! This morning, it is a bit chilly at 39 degrees F here. But we have the sauna stove stoaked & fire going. We are looking forward to meeting all of you!
