Incredible things happen when girls are given the space to shine…

I’ve had the most amazing opportunity to hang with most of these girls every Monday since September.

I wanted to make sure our final project incorporated everything they learned, but also felt real, hands on and age appropriate.

Cue our fairy village theme! 🧚

I wish everyone could experience the reaction the girls had when I shared this idea…jumping for joy, excitement, soooo many creative ideas being thrown around within the first 5 minutes.

Big Sister Energy Wanted! 🌟

Know a westchester county teen girl ready to lead this summer? We’re officially looking for Peer Leaders (Grades 8–12) for the “Big Sis Experience.”

This isn’t just a volunteer gig, it’s a supported leadership role where they help design our programming, mentor younger girls, and build “real life” skills that schools don’t always teach.

Here’s what she can expect:

✅ Volunteer service hours

✅ A standout resume builder for college/internships

✅ Visibility & instant connections with local families (perfect for future babysitting!)

This week in our Stronger TogetHER Girl Club groups 💛

My middle school girls finalized plans for their pop-up shop business… coming up with names, deciding what they’ll sell, and figuring out supplies together.

My 2nd + 3rd graders did BIG brainstorming for their fairy village project inspired by our weekly pillars, and I loved watching all their ideas start coming together. 🧚

And my K + 1 girls worked on Mother’s Day crafts, played team games, and practiced working together through movement and play.

One thing I notice over and over again?
Connection, teamwork, and confidence build so naturally when girls are given the right space to do it.

Mark your calendars, Westchester mamas. 📅✨

Fall 2026 registration for Stronger Together Girls Club is opening soon and spots are already going fast.

We’re welcoming girls in Kindergarten through 6th grade into a weekly afterschool program designed to help them grow stronger in who they are, build real friendships, and show up as their best selves every week!

🗓 Fridays | Grades K & 1st
🗓 Mondays | Grades 2nd & 3rd
🗓 Wednesdays | Grades 4th, 5th & 6th

All programs take place in Croton on Hudson. All within walking distance to CET/PVC. Limited bussing available!

Some programs already have a waitlist 👀 so if your girl has been waiting for her thing, this is it.

A hands-on, creative experience where girls step into teamwork, confidence-building, and real-world thinking through a mini pop-up business project.

Starting May 6 | Wednesdays at 3:15 PM | Croton-on-Hudson

Who this is for:

* Girls in 4th–6th grade who love creating, crafting, or trying new things
* Kids who benefit from building confidence in small group settings
* Families looking for an afterschool program that feels fun and meaningful

If you’re a Westchester / Lower Hudson Valley parent thinking ahead to summer, you’re probably in that in-between space right now of wanting your daughter to have something meaningful and special this summer, but also not wanting her over-scheduled or in something she doesn’t truly connect with.

A lot of the families I work with in Croton, Ossining, Briarcliff, Yorktown and nearby towns share the same hesitation: they’re not just looking for “a camp.” They’re looking for something that actually feels good socially for their daughter at this age.

Westchester parents…
If you’re thinking about signing your 5-12 year old daughter up for one of our girls empowerment programs, but wondering how she’ll do if she doesn’t know anyone, here’s what actually happens in my Girls Club + Schools Out programs:

Most girls don’t walk in knowing anyone and that’s completely normal.

We intentionally structure the day so connection doesn’t depend on already having a friend group.

Here’s what that looks like:

We use mixed-age groups so girls naturally connect across ages… younger girls learn from older girls, and older girls step into leadership in a natural way.

We start with simple team-building activities that make it easy to talk, laugh, and engage right away.

Throughout the day, we use movement games and group challenges so connection happens through doing, not just sitting and talking.

Girls are regularly paired up or placed in different group combinations so they’re not staying in one fixed group or “clique.”

We also build in team challenges and collaborative activities where they have to work together, problem solve, and communicate with each other.

By the middle of the day, girls are already participating, talking, and feeling comfortable, even if they started unsure.

So even if she walks in not knowing anyone, she’s not expected to figure it out alone.
