My Next Free Healing Session ... From the Comfort of Your Home.

These last few months have been pretty busy for me. Lots of putting new irons into place to manifest my intentions for the near future. Some of these "new irons" have included traveling to some amazing sacred sites in Europe. I know that many of you are unable to travel at this time, so in the next few weeks, I will be sending out some newsletters showing pictures and videos of the sacred places that I visited to allow you to feel the energy and tune in for yourself. Those of you that resonate with Mother Mary and Mary Magdalene will be pleased.

Along the same lines of manifesting things for the near future, Solstice is tomorrow (June 20th). Where spring is a time of preparation and putting plans into place for manifesting, summer is a powerful time for the actual manifestation of our goals and desires.

To assist with manifesting your goals, I will be doing my next free, long distance healing session on this coming Friday, June 21st ... the first full day of summer. By piggy-backing on the energy of the Solstice, an added energy boost will be available to assist you ... almost like walking into the light of day and allowing that light / energy to wash over you.

Love and Claiming Your Divine Birthright …

With the coming of Valentine’s Day, I sat down to meditate and receive some inspiration about how Love that can be incorporated into my next group healing session (On February 13th - more about this below). Drawing a blank after 20 minutes, I got up, paced around anxiously, and decided to make a cup of tea (Warm tea on a winter’s day always provides a nice bit of comfort. Perhaps it's just the Englishman in me.)

Right after relaxing with my tea, I picked up a book, and my inspiration was given …

The following words are not for me to be "preachy", but rather that they will offer you some peace and comfort as well as some inspiration.

What is the greatest attribute of God? “Love … The Tree of Life is located in the midst of the paradise of God, the very depth of our own soul, and the rich, abundant fruit that grows and ripens to the fullest perfection, the most perfect and life-giving, is Love. Love has been defined by those who perceive its true character as the greatest thing in the world. I might add that it is the greatest healing force in the world. Love never fails to meet every demand of the human heart. The Divine Principle of Love may be used to eliminate every sorrow, every infirmity, every harsh condition, and every lack that harasses humanity. With the right understanding and use of the subtle and illimitable influence of love, the world may be healed of its wounds and the sweet mantle of its heavenly compassion may cover all inharmony, all ignorance, and all mistakes of mankind.”

“With wings outstretched, Love searches out the arid spots of the human heart, the waste places of life, and with seeming magic touch redeems humanity and transforms the world. Love is God, eternal, limitless, changeless, going beyond all vision into infinitude. The end we can only envision. Love fulfills the law of its own, consummates its perfect work, and reveals the Christ within the soul of man. Love is ever seeking an inlet whereby it may flow forth into the soul of man and pour itself out as all good to him.”

“Love is the perfect fruit of the Spirit; it goes forth, binding up the wounds of humanity, drawing nations into closer harmony, and bringing peace and prosperity to the world.”

Like myself at the time, some of you may be asking, and how do we manifest this Love into our life, especially with what we all are seeing occurring in the world today. I read on and received my answer …

“Does life press heavily upon you? Do you need courage and strength to meet the problems that confront you? Are you sick or afraid? If so, lift your heart and pray to Him(/Her) who leads the way. The imperishable love of God enfolds you. You need not fear. … Approach this throne of grace boldly, not as you have thought of beseeching and groveling attitude, but with the prayer of understanding faith, knowing that the help you stand in need of is already yours. Never doubt. Do more – ask. Claim your birthright as the child of the living God, as Jesus did.” ~ From the Life and Teaching of the Masters of the Far East - Volume 1.

The words above that made the difference to me are the ones that I underlined. Know it in your body, mind and spirit that this is the way that mankind was meant to live ... from the abundance of God and not from the limitation of man's mind.

My next free healing will be for all of us to do just that … to claim and receive this all encompassing, gift of unconditional love from God to help clear, cleanse, heal, harmonize, balance, nourish and strengthen our bodies, minds and spirits on the cusp of Valentine’s Day ... Tuesday, February 13, 2024.

Why the day before Valentine’s Day? Many people will have plans on the 14th, and the more people participating in this healing session increases the energy of our intentions exponentially. As stated in a good book … “Where two or three are gathered in my name, I am there ...”. Plus, the energy of this healing session doesn’t stop after the hour long session is over. It will continue for up to two weeks afterwards, thus merging with all of the Love on the 14th.

Receiving and Gifting Love During the Upcoming Holy-Days…

This time of year can be a bit stressful for many people (e.g. juggling schedules, navigating shopping lines, etc…), and it is easy to forget what these days are really all about. With the holidays almost upon us, the thought of Christmas popped into my mind the other day … specifically the actual word “Christmas." To me, the spirit of Christmas is simply "Christ-mas" ... more Christ Consciousness ("mas" means "more" in Spanish).

In the Christian faith, the English word of Christmas is associated with the birth of Jesus/Jeshua, and is a shortened version of “Christ’s Mass”. Whether you are of Christian faith or not, almost all religions acknowledge Jesus/Jeshua as an enlightened person (a prophet, a Bodhisattva, an Avatar, etc…) who taught many things including Christ Consciousness and especially Love.

For those of you a bit foggy on the idea of Christ Consciousness, it is about living a life free of ego and united with the consciousness of the Divine Father or God … which includes loving your fellow man, woman and child and treating others equally with respect as you would want to be treated yourself. Whether you use the word “God”, “Great Spirit”, “Creator” or any other word, in my mind that being is associated with the idea of unconditional love. For the sake of this writing, I will simplify it to just “Love”.

So, from a very simplistic point of view, Christmas to me means having more love … unconditional love … not judgmental or conditional love but just more pure love. So I might suggest that every time you hear the word “Christmas” during this Holy season, regardless of your religious or spiritual beliefs, that you call into your life more love ... more love to receive and to also gift to others. I like the visualization of seeing rose pink hearts snowing down all over me and those around me. J

20 Years of Service & Raphael’s Next Free Healing Session …

I hope you are all doing well. October was a milestone for me. October marked my 20 year anniversary since I first started on my path of doing healing work. If it wasn’t for all of you supporting me, I wouldn’t be here now. So, as a way of giving thanks for all of your support, I am doing two things …

Firstly, my next free, long distance healing session will be on next Tuesday, November 21st, just before Thanksgiving here in the U.S.. I will be doing 2 healing sessions on this day (see below for times and to sign up). Some of my previous healing sessions have had secondary focuses corresponding to the healing session. This upcoming session will simply be for anything that you want to heal in your life, in addition to the simple act of me (and you if you would like) giving thanks.

Secondly, I am gifting to 12 people (or pets) a free private, remote healing session … one free session for each of the 12 months of the year. Come December 01st, I will be giving away the first 3 sessions to any of you having birthdays in October, November and December. The following article talks about a few things that are going on in our planet right now. Please realize that is not meant to scare you. It is meant to encourage you to think about where your focus lies and how to make a change for the better …

During these last few weeks, it has been weighing heavily on my mind about some news and documentary reports about the rising temperature of our oceans. In case you haven’t read about this, according to NASA's research our ocean's temperatures have risen consistently over the last 30 years. This severely affects the ability of the ocean's coral reefs to thrive, and, in turn, also affects the food for all of the ocean life … and in the trickle down process, it will affect our lives as well.

In addition, with the burning of Lahaina on Maui, global warming is again coming to the forefront of the world’s collective consciousness. Now, regardless of your opinion on the topic, if you don’t believe in it, you are still talking about it. If you do believe in it, then you are also talking about it. And part of the manifestation process is that what you focus on, you manifest … especially when your thoughts are fueled by emotion. So what does the universe hear? … “Global warming. Ok, I will give you more of that.” Not exactly what any of us were really asking for.

By changing your focus to having the temperature of our planet and the waters of our oceans being the temperature that manifests perfect health for all beings, everyone gets what they want.

Scientific research, especially in the field of Quantum Physics, has been studying for years the connection between human thoughts and emotions, and how it affects those things that we put our attention on. In short, the result was that our thoughts are much more powerful than most of us think they are ("The Observer Effect" is the phenomenon in which the act of observation alters the behavior of the particles being observed.) This also applies to when we put our focus on our planet.

The easiest way to determine if our focus is correctly aligned is to ask “Is my focus / my intention coming from a place of Fear or Love?” If our focus is on the fear of something happening, then we might want to rethink that. Fear stops us from tuning into our natural, intuitive abilities and connection with God … basically short-circuiting our connection. When coming from a place of Love, all cylinders are firing properly.

The same goes for when you set your intent to heal yourself. Are you focused on trying to release an illness (based on the root fear of having it manifest), or are you focused on the thought that you are a product of God’s Love and that deep down, our bodies know how to manifest perfect health for one each of us ...

“ . . . each individual, being a concept of the Divine Mind, is held in that mind as a perfect idea. Not one of us has to conceive himself. We have been perfectly conceived and are always held in the perfect mind of God as perfect beings. Raphael’s Next Free, Long Distance Healing Session

What Does Freedom Look Like to You?

Hello Everyone,

Happy Solstice! With the change of going from spring into summer, all of those intentions that you had set during our previous healing sessions will now start to manifest, since they have now gone through their growing season. Please pay attention to see how your intentions manifest over the next few months.

I had the pleasure of celebrating the Solstice with a small group of dear friends in a beautiful garden setting, where we shared some good food and exchanged messages of encouragement. The most powerful part of the evening was when our host led us through an honoring of Mother Earth's 4 elements (earth, air, water and fire), culminating with a final fire ceremony. We took all of our outdated beliefs and ideas that needed to be purged, wrote them on a piece of paper, and then literally "threw them in the fire”. We then used the fire again to ignite our list of intentions and goals for the coming season.

After the ceremony, I realized that all of the things that I had written down to let go of were not outside of me, such as career or relationship, but instead were my own self-imposed beliefs and thoughts. Over the next few days, I felt lighter. And in talking about it with loved ones and friends, "synchronicities" continued to present themselves with further clarification and solutions.

These self-imposed bonds can include our thoughts and beliefs that we have integrated into our belief system from family, friends, the news, social media, religion, etc… or simply because “they” said it was so. These are easily removed should we recognize that someone else’s ideas of who we are is an assumption by them that they know us better than we know ourselves. Impossible! And if we buy into their idea, we are giving away our power and our divine right to manifest our own life.

If we allow ourselves to open up our minds to the possibility that anything is possible, that we create our own universe, and that we deserve all the goodness that the world and God has to offer, the potential is unlimited. It is just a matter of us getting out of our own way, opening the door for good things to come into our lives, and being open to the unexpected.

Most of these limiting thoughts and beliefs have to do with our opinion of ourselves and our self-worth … again, more than likely placed on us by what others have told us, which we bought into, and is not what is true. You have been put here on this planet by God, and God doesn’t make mistakes. You are loved, and you are worthy.

So, for my next free healing session, in addition to you setting your own intentions to heal anything physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually, I am being called to ask what true freedom looks like to you, and what things might be holding you back from experiencing your idea of freedom? I invite you to set a separate intention of letting go of all old thoughts, outdated beliefs that are not in alignment with your higher self (your God-self) and to receive clarity on those things that need to be looked at in your life that are limiting you.

And … if you don’t want to do this, no problem. Just sit back for the 1 hour healing session and let God/Spirit take care of you for whatever intentions you set for yourself.

FYI – I have intentionally chosen Wednesday, July 5 as the next healing session date, because the idea of Freedom will be strongly rooted in the collective consciousness of millions of people around the world on July 4th. Because of this focus on the day before, that energy will give our session a huge energetic boost.

Hello Everyone,

I am excited about this next healing session because of it coordinating with the upcoming full moon and especially the partial lunar eclipse. These two astrological events add an additional boost of energy to the healing work that will be done.

The importance of these two astrological alignments, occurring at the same time, allows for an added boost to healing old, stuck patterns. Yes, you have probably heard this from me before, but this time, with the added impact of the Lunar Eclipse, it is like the final break of the old before pushing off into new adventures.

I am not an astrological expert, but in doing some research, the following is a brief summary (of what I have learned) of how a full moon and lunar eclipse can aid you in your healing and assist you with moving forward in your life ...

Full Moon Spiritual Characteristics...
- Aids in releasing attachments and blockages, thoughts and beliefs that are not in alignment with your higher self (example: self-worth and abundance issues, etc...),
- Aids in the completion and transformation of physical and emotional issues, and
- With the light of the moon, it sheds light on issues in your life providing you with better clarity.

Lunar Eclipse Spiritual Characteristics...
- Letting Go of the Old ... Yes, full moons allow this to happen as well, but a full moon combined with the Lunar eclipse exponentially increases the energy to assist in letting go of the past, old programs, and thoughts and beliefs that you have outgrown and are no longer in alignment with your life and your higher self,
- Letting in the New ... By letting go of outdated energies, and cutting off sources of negativity, this will help clear your emotional body and allow space for new opportunities to come in. Sort of like cleaning your physical space (clearing out the cobwebs and clutter) but done on an emotional level,
- Stronger Connection to Spirit ... As a result of removing old energies, a stronger connection with the God/Spirit/Creator is made possible since you have just released all of the old “static” that was preventing you from a clear connection.
- The lunar eclipse is a gift from Spirit that pushes you forward into your new light.

As you probably already know, full moons can be very emotional. So be kind to yourself. Epsom salt baths work wonders for me. Being in nature is also a great way to ground and balance yourself. And lastly, don't forget to breathe ... deeply. This is not just a saying. The practice of deep breath work, from the abdomen and solar plexus, helps tremendously.

Keeping It Simple

Hello Everyone,

At times, just the simple task of trying to accomplish one’s daily tasks can seem almost impossible when being pulled in many other directions by family, work and the unexpected throughout the day. Needless to say, the simpler things are the better. My next free healing is going to be very easy.

In the past, I have been prompted by Spirit to mention a particular focus with my healing sessions (e.g. setting better boundaries, loving yourself, etc…) in addition to what you specifically want healed. But for my next free healing session, I am “Keeping It Simple”. All you have to do, just before the session starts, is set your intension(s) for what you would like to be healed in your life (example: a physical health issue, healing a relationship, etc… anything in your life), and then sit back and let Spirit take care of the rest. Easy-Peasy.

My Next Free, Long Distance Healing Session – Sunday, February 12, 2023

Ugrading Your Boundaries … a Loving Step to Mastering Your Life …

2 Healing Session Times:

In my last post, I had mentioned that, over the last few months, it had felt like there were a lot of things going on in our lives in which things were getting shifted around to make way for better things to come. You may have found that this shifting around also resulted in an increase in your sensitivities … … to the point where, those things that you used to be able to cope with in the past are now no longer acceptable. So an upgrade to your old boundary systems may be what is needed so it matches your current sensitivity and frequency levels.

This boundary upgrade involves a simple conversation between you and God where you authorize God to place a Permeable bubble of God’s white light around you, in which God’s Will is in control of what gets in and what stays out (physically, mentally and emotionally). It also includes removing all energies no longer in alignment with your higher self that may be in, on or around you, provided all of this meets your higher self’s approval.

Should this upgrade meet your approval, when setting your intentions for my next healing session, simply tell God that you authorize God to implement a Permeable Bubble of God’s White Light around you where only those things that meet God’s Will (and the will of your higher self (basically one and the same)) are allowed in … and to remove all energies from your space that are not in tune with your Higher Self’s / God’s Will. I will also ask this for all of you that give your permission for this to happen.

Now this doesn’t mean that you will be able to coast in your life from here on out. But it does mean that fewer things should come into your life that are not in alignment with your higher self. Anything that does come into your space is there for you to grow and / or allow you to step into your power and mastery of your life.

Part of this boundary system is also about you speaking your truth and claiming what is yours. Another old, outdated belief that has to go, in my opinion, is the idea that asking for something for yourself is being selfish and rude. There is nothing wrong with asking for what you want. It is not selfish or rude to set your boundaries so that you don’t overextend yourself. Better communication is established between loved ones, family, friends and co-workers, greater respect is given to you from others, further honoring of yourself, and deeper anchoring of your integrity by not settling for less. The better you are willing to take care of yourself, the better you can be of service to others. Sounds like a win-win to me.

This speaking of your own truth allows you to set your own boundaries and to be the master of your life. I know that this may be difficult to do at first for some of us, but with practice, it gets easier. Plus, if you need additional assistance with this, simply call on Archangel Michael to help you.

In my next free healing session, I will not only be calling on all the Archangels and Ascended Masters of White Light and, of course, God, but also to specifically call on Archangel Michael (for Strength to speak and stand in our truth) and Archangel Chamuel (for increased Love of self).

Should you not wish to partake in this boundary part of the healing session, no problem. You don’t have to request this when setting your intentions for the healing session. It is your free will.

As many of you know, these healing sessions do not stop after the 3D 1-hour session has ended. Energetically, the healing will continue for days, if not a week to 2 weeks afterwards. So I am doing my next healing session on Sunday, February 12 (2 session times) with the intent that it will piggy-back on the energy of Valentine’s Day, to get a further boost of Love on Tuesday; similar to that of an after-burner on a rocket. 
