Friday was Matt Gilanniversary… so I am gone focus for the moment on Matt - because I am in a Matt vibe this weekend ❤️. ( did you see his post )

Matt was trapped for 44 years in that body not able and not having permission to just be himself?

There was the Christian version of Matt that frowns on that lifestyle...

The son of a Machismo Man version of Matt who doesn't exactly embrace the lifestyle...

There was the Mexican American cultured version of Matt ... and the culture doesn't exactly celebrate the lifestyle...

Don't let me tell you about Matt in his career for over a decade... in front of 40 Million people... countless countries... countless and no ... one... knew...

Everywhere he went, someone had a piece of this. Not the most important parts, but a piece but now one had all of him. Without his story, he wouldn't have himself. ( He talked about this in his anniversary post on March 1st - show him some love PLEASE if you have a moment... that day was hard for him )

We look at where we are, as we get older... and we try to self-analyze why it hasn't " happened for us yet "and why haven't we made the kind of progress we envision.

We try something new...we buy something new... and make a little progress... but now nearly as much as we could feel that we were capable of?

Why does this happen?

Because the inside game affects the outside game - BIG time and until we completely deal with it. Fully, we only make so much progress.

When I tell an audience this... I often hear BUT Tiffany so and do share their story and they are winning.

My response is twofold and almost ALWAYS the same.

They look like they are winning, but are they - by what measure ... I don't see a lot of love and laughter near them... so my guess is that they are winning mostly in things. That will stay on the earth when they are gone if that was the majority of the win - for me - they have lost.
For some people on the planet - their story is the thing that trips them up from their specific win. Their story is also an important tool for them in HOW they build and WHO they attract to build with them. So they must get through the story - own it - and use it - so that they have a solid way to do the thing. The thing they keep envisioning.

I love Matt ridiculously, he is legit my brother, and am reminded this weekend that if I had not gotten the courage to tell my story and used it to start building, Matt would have not gotten the courage to use his story to build.

I could go on and on and on... but for now, Ima leave it here to go get ready for Sunday dinner.

😎 I am teaching ( virtually ) at NIGHTSCHOOL. It is free and there are 4 seats left for this semester.

What we do we should be seeking MASTERY. Thats it. The biggest mistake CEO’s especially women is having too many plates spinning, at once… with a plate full of food on them.

We can’t eat the food at once.
No one wants to help you finish these plates.

They won’t help because they can’t.
The plates are full because you put all the food there.

Some of this food will go to waste and some of it will fall on the floor and can’t be eaten.

There is another way.

Woman are too powerful and have too much capacity for the drowning feeling of being all over the place.

In 2022 after getting out of the hospital and learning how to walk again I realized that I was weaker than met the eye.

You know the kind of weak I am talking about - the kind that only you know how deep it goes, how bad the situation is and one that doesn’t show the scars from the outside so its easy to fool everyone around you with some form of a mask.

That was 100% me.

Truth be told, almost all of the plates fell, and everything on them scattered. Everywhere.

Instead picking up all the plates and trying to recover everything and put them back on, I took a moment to head to another room that was clean and I built something new.

Some people may call that irresponsible. I get that, I don’t care. Sometimes the answer to the situation in front of you is to take a step back and do something else. My responsibility is to do what’s neccesary to maintain my sanity, my confidence and my creativity. So I needed to test myself by rolling up my sleeves and building front he ground up.

For the past two year I have focused on production. I built a studio, a brand and a new brick and mortar business in the center of Downtown Phoenix.

I love it.

We have had so many amazing humans come in and get coaching, hand held and surrounded as we take a celebrity approach to getting inside of their story and then distributing it for you.

The first $500K and no funnel, I did it again in a digital age that says I can’t. If I can, anyone can.

I had more fun these past few years than I have had in a long time. Building.

The foundation of scale here - my story.

My story is what allowed me to build offline with ease.

My story actually allows me to do it all with ease.

Two Quick Things for those of you who are tired of building everything online.

1. Last year I built a half-a-million company without a funnel all over again as a practice so that I could reteach myself the basics of a brick-and-mortar business.

2. I need you to tell your story. All of it, starting next week.

Being 40 feels good... happened because of my story... I just want to tell you this one thing. Your story is the only thing that actually makes you unique. The only thing. The car, the house, the clothes, dyed hair - they do not. None of it. Someone else drives your

Your story is the bridge between where you are, and what you have been trying to accomplish. I want you to consider making a left turn this year with me and using it. All of it. I have used my story more in the past 24 months to bridge gaps with friends, employees, family, and my children and everything around me - not perfect but the result... pure fire. Feels like magic.

If you would stop hiding from all of your story more would happen. All around you.

The more that I walked into my story - the more happened, especially last year and 100% after getting sick.

One day 1 of Night School I am going to teach ​HOW TO TELL YOUR STORY, all of it along with THE POWER of story.​ If you can make it for that day. I would highly suggest you take one of the few seats left. ( I am teaching in small batches this semester )

I am baffled, stepping into my 40s at how few people especially women actually take the time to celebrate themselves. I see the woman who acknowledges herself she brings awareness to herself. But is it actual celebration. As crazy as it sounds, I feel convicted to celebrate me when no one else’s because of everything that I have accomplish.

This moment of me in the car in Miami on my way to my birthday party is nothing more than a celebration of myself.

I am not talking about taking ourselves out for coffee or buying our souls a dinner at Ruth Chris. I’m talking about a celebration where you invite people over you hold a party that’s visible and you bring people together to just celebrate you. The celebration of me is a reminder it’s almost like a bunch of Tucktaway reminders for one days or dark of how amazing we are, and how far we have come.

We feel comfortable celebrating people on their birthday, but what about the other 364 days of the year. Why are we only celebrating ourselves on that one day? Why are we only publicly celebrating ourselves on that one day? Let me correct myself. Are we publicly celebrating our souls on that one day because on that one day it’s justified and we will not find ourselves in ridicule , or in the midst of statements, who does she think she is? I’m fu***ng 40. I at one time for one long season of my life I wanted to die every single day. I wanted to die because I hated myself. I wanted to die because I could not figure it out. I wanted to die because I didn’t feel like I was enough and everybody around me at that time confirmed that notion. The reality is that once I made a decision to own my story For what it was, I began to understand that celebrating me was critical not one time a year only. I am going to host more celebrations for the rest of this life that I’m living. Old school full of love and laughter, celebrations or I take out all of the best cook the best, and do the best because it might be my final day. I personally feel if you took more time to celebrate you that you would find more of who you are. If you stopped waiting for others to celebrate you. And I mean celebrate in a big way where you spend money you cook great food. You look amazing. You buy a fancy dress or a boss tuxedo and you do it up. I’m not talking about pouring yourself an extra glass of wine on a Friday that’s trash. Or maybe it’s not trash but it’s definitely not enough. I now know it’s not enough. My birthday party last week was absolutely everything. I will not be waiting till the next birthday and you should not be either.
