As the creator of Teal Shield Supplements I am a casual drinker. I listened to the Huberman Labs podcast on alcohol and it really highlighted how bad alcohol is for your health. However, there was a comment he made about how Folate and B vitamins can help offset some of the cancer causing effects of alcohol. I searched the market and couldn't find any supplements with the ingredients cited. I did more investigating and found other compounds that have research showing how they can help the body process acetaldehyde (a carcinogenic byproduct of alcohol metabolism and the primary driver of hangovers) and protect the liver from drinking alcohol.
