The Westerly transfer station will be closed today, 1/26

Our crews have been out all night working hard to clear the roads, but their work isn’t done yet.

Please continue to be aware of plows on the roads, and if you do go out, allow yourself extra time and space between you and other vehicles.

In case you have not heard...there is a little bit of snow coming Sunday into Monday! Please prepare ahead. Get your milk and bread! A snow parking ban will be issued, the time is to be determined. Stay tuned for updates. During the storm we ask that you stay off the road, snuggle with your loved ones, maybe watch some football. Let the plow operators do their jobs. If you experience a power outage, call 1-800-640-1595, or text outage to 743674, or go online at https://www.rienergy.com/. If you do need assistance, as always we will be there to help!
