Therefore I have created these individual and family plans so that you can get the care you need, not just the care you can afford. No Insurance Is Needed (although HSA/HRA acc

ounts can be used)

1. Initial Visit Or Pay As You Go Fee Per Visit - $40
Includes consultation, spinal exam and adjustment
This fee is reduced to $25 for Senior Citizens age 65+

2. Pay As You Go Monthly Fee Plan*
$300 for all visits for 4 weeks (add another adult for $150)
This option is intended for those in the first month of care when frequency of visits may range from 2-3 times per week in order to allow your body the time to heal, because restoring proper function and returning to health requires time, consistency and repetition.

3. Membership Maintenance Plan*
$90/month/ individual & $170/month/family of 2 adults and kids
Add an additional adult for $60 per month. This option is for those that have completed the initial month of regular care and see the benefit in weekly spinal check-ups for prevention and wellness. Payment is set up as a monthly automatic debit from a credit or debit card.

*In order to take advantage of our reduced fee plans one time attendance is required at one of our weekly Chiropractic Orientation Presentations. Keeping Kids Healthy
We feel that the health of children is of the utmost importance. It is for that reason that children under 18 years of age are always checked and adjusted at no charge when seen on the same visit as one of their parents.

Let’s talk about eggs for a moment. First thing, this info applies to folks who do not have any cardiac issue. If your “ticker is on the fritz” talk to your cardiologist about eggs. Now for info that applies to the rest of us. 1. Dietary cholesterol and blood cholesterol are NOT the same thing. Your liver makes most of your blood cholesterol, you don’t get a majority of it from your dietary cholesterol. If you’re worried about your cholesterol, the amount you get from eating a reasonable amount of eggs per week is not significant. 2. Most Americans’ diet is deficient in protein. Proteins are composed of amino acids. Eggs are called a “complete protein” source because they contain ALL the amino acids including the 9 that your body does not make itself and you have to get from your diet. 3. In my opinion, the cheapest, easiest way to increase your protein without thinking about it too much is to eat more eggs. This applies to regular folks and gym rats who lift weight.
