🚨Attention Moms🚨


Stroller Fitness will be starting back up the end of May! I know this can be a very busy time with life matters. Even more of a reason to prioritize your health and fitness needs!
Stroller Fitness is a workout experience that you can bring your babe along for the ride! The group will meet 2x/weekly in Wilcox Park. I'm open to organizing a day and time that works best for the moms of the group! Last year we did M/W at 1pm. Would love to have more input!

I'm a mom of a sassy 5yr old and energetic 2yr old!
I'm also a veteran personal trainer of 20yrs and a Registered Yoga Instructor. Looking to help myself and support other moms enjoy the outdoors while getting in a workout! The weather is warming up now so It's a great time to move exercise outside!
Looking forward to meeting you and your stroller crew!

Grandma

12.28.2023 💔The hardest part of losing someone you love so dearly is that life is still going on around you. You still have to feed the kids, make sure you get enough sleep, give baths, go to work, pay bills. The cornerstone to every room I’ve ever been in. The best grandma. She has always been in the same spot. I’ve always known where to find her. 1 phone call away. Her advice usually simple and effective. “You gotta do what you gotta do kid.” Her doors always open just to pop in and grab a snack (or use the bathroom). I’m so grateful for all the years I got with her, but more importantly the 5 yrs Rosalie had with her. They were always so funny and playful together. 💔 There will forever be a big hole in my heart missing her laugh with her signature “Oo sh*t” at the end. And now every cup of coffee from here on out will remind me of her.
One thing is for sure.. There is never enough time with the people we love. 💔
