MONDAY, NOVEMBER 18th the Hartford HealthCare CareVan Clinic will be visiting the PNC!

This traveling free clinic will be here to help you with your basic needs and will also be helping with referrals to primary care doctors and specialists.

They can check blood pressure, A1C, Cholesterol, and more, as well as provide immunizations.

You may walk in any time, no appointment is needed and this is free and open to the public of all ages.
