Meet Melissa G.

Melissa brings energy, positivity, and real coaching experience to every class and training session she leads. With certifications in personal training, behavior change, and strength training, she helps members not only work hard — but stay consistent.

Her favorite lifts (back and front squat) say a lot about her coaching style:
Strong foundation. Proper form. Real progress.

Melissa is especially great at helping members build confidence, push past mental barriers, and enjoy the process along the way.

ACCESS UPGRADE

A new entry scanner has been installed at the front door to improve security and streamline access.

To enter:
Hold your scan card 2–3 inches from the scanner and wait for the confirmation beep and light.

Green = Entry
Red = Ring doorbell or call for assistance during staffed hours

In direct sunlight, briefly block the light with your hand for a proper scan.

Each member must scan in individually.
No door holding.

Mobile access will be introduced in phases soon.
