Come join us every Friday at LT's North Track! We run at 6:15am, workouts vary, however ALL ages and levels are welcome!!!

-Educational sessions to treat and prevent injuries
-Free injury screen with physical therapist
-Free Running Gait Analysis with physical therapist
-Free Clarity Run Club t-shirt (for race day!)
-6:15am Fridays at LT North Track
