The presentation will discuss current concepts in the rehabilitation of elbow ulnar collateral ligament injuries in baseball pitchers. Baseball specific interventions, including kinetic chain exercises, neuromuscular re-education exercises will be demonstrated and return to play interval throwing programs will be discussed. The presentation will conclude with a discussion on the role of physical therapy in the mitigation of elbow ulnar collateral ligament injuries through community health education and sport- specific screening.
