No fluoride for my girls and been drinking filtered water for years because of this.

The court found "substantial and scientifically credible evidence" of fluoride's risk but stopped short of concluding fluoride is harmful to public health.

The Academy has built an incredible reputation of excellence in Irish Dance including individual and team champions at major competitions across the world. Just as you will hear Olympic stories of teamwork and communities of support, our champions and aspiring champions need a cheering section helping them to reach their goals and continue to share the Irish culture through dance.

Your contributions support things like costumes and competition fees and go a long way toward ensuring our champions can shine on stage.

How it Works…
If you purchase the 7th for $7.00, seven entries will be entered for you into the grand prize drawing for $750. If you purchase the 30th for $30, thirty entries will be entered for you into the grand prize drawing for $750. The more entries you buy the greater the chance you have of winning the jackpot.

I likely would have slept through my gym time this morning if I not hear her up and moving.

Here is to 39! Let’s be honest. I wanted SO badly to@lay in bed this morning and claim it’s my birthday and I just wanna sleep in. However, over the last year, I’ve let myself do that a lot. I am bound and determined to make 40 look easy and to do that I get to start by making 39 fun.
So, I am committed to myself, even if it means doing stuff I don’t wanna do.
