Hip pain that flares during walking, running, or climbing stairs is easy to dismiss at first — until it starts limiting how you move.
For some patients, tightness or discomfort along the outside of the hip or thigh may be linked to IT band syndrome.

Hip pain and IT band–related symptoms can overlap with other conditions, which is why a clear evaluation matters. Understanding where the pain comes from helps guide appropriate care and avoid unnecessary delays.

Cold mornings, stiff muscles, and shoveling snow can make spine pain more noticeable. When that discomfort turns into sharp pain that shoots down your arm or leg, it may be a sign that a nerve is involved.

Incorporating simple neck stretches into your daily routine can help maintain comfort, improve mobility, and support overall spine health this winter.

Here are three you can do right now:

🔹 Chin Tucks: Gently tuck your chin towards your chest and hold for 5 seconds. Repeat 5 to 10 times.
🔹 Neck Side Stretch: Tilt your head towards your shoulder and hold for 10 seconds on each side.
🔹 Shoulder Rolls: Roll shoulders forward and backward 10 times each.
