Yoga for Youth Athletes (12-18) will now be a weekly class!
Give the young athlete in your life the tools to excel—on and off the field. This multi-week yoga series is designed specifically for youth athletes who want to build strength, mobility, balance, and mental focus in a supportive, age-appropriate environment.
Through yoga, breathwork, and guided meditation, athletes will learn how to:
• Improve flexibility and reduce injury risk
• Build core strength and full-body stability
• Develop sharper focus and better body awareness
• Manage stress, pressure, and pre-competition nerves
• Recover more quickly and rest more effectively
Each class strengthens both the inner and outer game, helping athletes cultivate resilience, confidence, and a calm, centered mind.
