Dietitian in Your Kitchen We help our clients feel comfortable and confident in the kitchen & beyond! In-person counseling can be at our office in Westerville at the Wellness Collective.

We offer individualized weight-loss counseling, chronic disease management (diabetes, high blood pressure, etc.) personalized nutrition goals, realistic exercise plans, and an emphasis on lifestyle changes. Let us partner with you to provide structure, accountability, inspiration and knowledge. Our registered dietitians are here to help you learn, grow, and make behavior changes beyond what you could accomplish alone. Each coaching relationship is personalized to fit your needs and your individual goals. Outside of the greater Columbus area, we offer Tele-Health/video services. Contact us to learn more.
