Fresh Start Therapy and Wellness LLC Do you ever wonder if you are truly experiencing the fullness of life and becoming all that you can be?

Our Mission: Empower Therapy and Wellness, LLC seeks to empower individuals, couples, and families to embrace their value and purpose through a caring and honest approach. Do you often find yourself in bad or destructive habits and unsure of how to break free? If so, I would consider it a privilege to help you find answers to these questions. For close to five years, I have worked in various residential treatment settings in an effort to help children, adolescents, and adults bridge the gap from hopelessness to healing. I also have found that a holistic approach that involves faith is vital to this process. In those residential settings, I have helped individuals bound to substance abuse addiction and eating disorders. My experiences in education--both regular and special--have also provided a unique backdrop to further understand the complete individual. Finally, experience in premarital counseling has broadened my scope. I work with children as young as 5, adolescents, adults of all ages, and couples. In addition, I also seek to engage the families of the children and adolescents with whom I work.
