Don't stop moving just because some movements or exercises are uncomfortable!
❌ This does NOT mean, "no pain, no gain".
It means modification... to find a way to move that does not flare up symptoms.
- decrease range of motion of an exercise
- drop weight
- change position of an exercise
You may need guidance on how to progress back to return to your prior intensity or type of workout, that is where physical therapy comes in. 💡
