🤷‍♀️ “It’s just stress” might sound harmless but stress creates real, physical patterns in the body.

We see it all the time: 🔎
- neck tension
- tight shoulders
- jaw clenching
- headaches that seem to come out of nowhere.

How you breathe can directly affect your neck pain 😮‍💨

Mouth breathing keeps your body in a low-grade stress state.
- Blood flow decreases
- Oxygen delivery drops
- The nervous system stays stuck in fight-or-flight

💪🏼 Muscles need oxygen to work well.

Less oxygen + more postural demand = tense, overworked neck muscles.

This is super common and it’s fixable.

Nasal breathing during day and at night helps calm the nervous system, improve oxygen delivery, and give your muscles a chance to soften instead of brace. 🌬️
