The holidays can be beautiful—and stressful. If you’re feeling rushed or overwhelmed, pause for a moment and take a few slow breaths. Even one minute of intentional breathing can calm your nervous system, ease tension, and help you feel more grounded.

Try this with me: inhale for 4️⃣ seconds, hold for 4️⃣ seconds, then exhale for 6️⃣ seconds. Repeat a few times until you feel calm.

You deserve peace, even in the busiest season.
