Have you ever wanted to learn more about yoga, but didn't know who to ask? Join us for a facilitated conversation with local expert Carmen Chicola, owner of Brassy Buddha Yoga Studio in Westfield.🧘‍♀️🧘

Attendees will learn the basics of yoga postures, breathing practices, deep relaxation, and meditation that can transform your health on many different levels. Plus, Carmen will guide attendees through some gentle chair yoga postures.

Learn Local is a new series of events at the Westfield Memorial Library, featuring a public conversation with a local business owner and highlighting their particular area of expertise. We believe that one of the many reasons to shop local is to benefit from the vast knowledge that our local shopowners can offer.

This series is presented in partnership with the Downtown Westfield Corporation.
