Please join us in celebrating our Front Desk Team during Veterinary Receptionist Week. Just like the Veterinarians and Techs, the CSRs play a vital role in our day-to-day flow. They are the first people and last people you see and speak to when you come for a visit. They help with all the calls, appointments, records, scanning, e-mails, texts, and insurance claims. They also help entertain you while you wait, and they absolutely love giving all your pets hugs and kisses.
The Front Desk Team is basically our “Air Traffic Control”, and without them we would be lost and it’d be difficult to function. Thank you all for your years of hard work and dedication not only to us, but all the pets and clients that visit us. 💙💚
