For twenty five years, ASC has been a place where meaningful connections, compassionate care, and unforgettable moments shape every day. To celebrate this milestone, we asked our residents and team members to finish the phrase “ASC is…” and share the first thing that comes to mind.

Congratulations Victoria Cucuietu, QMA, our Quest for Excellence winner for 2025! We are looking forward to honoring this year's outstanding Quest Winners at the banquet on November 13 at the Marriott in Indianapolis.

Victoria is an exemplary employee at Maple Park Village, known for her warm smile and willingness to help anyone in need. Her compassion is genuine, and you can see and feel it in the care she gives to residents and their families through every heartfelt interaction.

Victoria lives out the ASC values and CARE principles, especially when welcoming new admissions. She always ensures residents and families feel comfortable, have what they need, and understand the transition into their new healthcare setting. She leads by example, setting the standard for customer service, quality, teamwork, and a positive attitude.

Caring for others has always been at the heart of Victoria’s journey. In her home country of Moldova, she earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology and education and worked as a preschool teacher. Her dream has always been to become a doctor and care for children. After moving to the United States in 2017 to be near family, she faced the challenge of not speaking English. Determined, she pursued healthcare, becoming a CNA in 2021 and later a QMA.

Coworkers describe Victoria as “always pleasant and willing to help,” and someone the “residents trust.” She can seamlessly step into any unit and excels in every role she takes on. Whether working as a CNA or QMA, she gives residents her full attention and communicates effectively with nursing staff about their care needs. Victoria is truly one of those team members we all wish we could clone. We are proud to celebrate her as Maple Park Village’s 2025 Quest for Excellence winner.

Our residents and staff had a frightfully fun time celebrating Halloween together! From creative costumes and spooky decorations to sweet treats and laughter, it was a day full of smiles and community spirit. 🧡🕸️
