CHILE LIME AVOCADO BURGERS

👉 INFO
✅ Cook Time 6 minutes
✅ Prep Time 10 minutes
✅ Servings 6 burgers

👉 Ingredients
✅10.50 oz ground hamburger
✅0.50 cup crushed tomatoes
✅0.50 cup chopped cilantro
✅1 large eggs
✅1.50 tablespoon cumin powder
✅1 tablespoon chili lime seasoning blend I get mine from Trader Joe's
✅olive oil for cooking

👉 Instructions
✅Heat a large skillet over medium heat on the stove.
✅In a bowl, mix ingredients together until well combined.
✅Grease skillet and cook burgers four at a time (or however many you can fit on the pan) for about 3 minutes on a each side. Serve with avocado

AFTER A FEW BUSY WEEKENDS OF HOCKEY WE ARE HERE TO HELP YOU WITH DINNER TONIGHT❗️❗️❗️

👉 INFO
✅ Cook Time 6 minutes
✅Prep Time 8 minutes
✅Servings 2

👉 Ingredients
✅Soup
2 cup broccoli chopped in a food processor
1 cup chicken broth or vegetable broth
3/4 cup almond milk
1/8 cup nutritional yeast
1/8 cup olive oil
0.50 small onion minced
1 tablespoon garlic herb seasoning to taste
0.50 teaspoon sea salt to taste
1/8 teaspoon turmeric powder
2 tablespoon tapioca flour

✅Fish
0.50 piece cod cut into 1" cubes
0.50 teaspoon olive oil
garlic herb seasoning to taste

👉 Instructions
✅In a soup pot combine ingredients (except tapioca flour) for soup until hot, then sprinkle tapioca flour over soup and stir continuously until thickened. Do not over cook from this point on, because it will become too thick from the tapioca flour.
✅Blend in a blender until soup reaches desired consistency.
✅Toss cod with seasoning to taste and cook on a cast iron skillet with a drizzle of olive oil for 3-5 minutes until it flakes apart with a fork. Serve with soup.
