Create&Blossom Catherine Glastal: Feel lighter, let go, heal. Family Constellations Facilitator, Reiki Master Teacher, Archangel Metatron Colour Healer

There are days when I feel every ancestor's grief blooming in my blood, ancient sadness moving through me like a tide.

Healing sometimes means standing at the edge of a wound that is older than your own name.

Not everyone is willing, ready or able to do the work of family constellations. I get it! This modality not for everyone!

AND, I am still going to talk about it with a passion because sometimes there can be a soul movement when we say "not yet" or even "no". The soul is infinite and takes its time.

I am here when you feel ready.

Hello Hello! I have moved the next Family Constellations group circle to Saturday this month. This will be the last circle at the Westfield space.

(But not to worry, I will continue to host in Fanwood when we move in!)

Many people are embarrassed or afraid to reveal too much in a group of strangers, but some of the most powerful work happens when we are with others "in the field" of constellations. Simply being an observer in the circle can move your soul.

If you wish to be truly seen and held...

If you wish to shift perspectives on any issue in your life...

If you wish to peek in out of curiosity...

Then I invite you to join us.

Feel free to DM if you have any questions. Or visit the FAQ section on my website.

Gritty alchemy from Bert Hellinger (the founder of Family Constellations)

“We tend to divide the world into a part that has the right to exist, and another that, deep down, shouldn't exist, even though in reality it exists and acts. We call the former good, or healthy, or healing and peace. We call the latter bad, or sick, or misfortune and war—and all the other expressions that are usually used. This has to do with the fact that we call good and advantageous that which is light to us; and that which is grievous, we call fatal or evil.

But looking more closely, we see that the force that makes the world progress is based on what we call difficult, or bad, or grievous. The challenge for the new is born from that which we would prefer to eliminate or exclude.

Therefore, by eschewing the difficult, the sinful, or the belligerent, we lose precisely what we would like to preserve: our life, our dignity, our freedom, our greatness. Only those who also face the dark forces and assent to them find themselves connected to their roots and to the source of their strength. Such people are more than just good or bad: they are in tune with something greater, with its depth and its strength.”

The Center is Distinguished by its Lightness: Therapeutic lectures and stories, Bert Hellinger (translated from Spanish)

During pregnancy, fetal cells migrate out of the womb and into a mother’s heart, liver, lung, kidney, brain, and more. They could shape moms’ health for a lifetime, Katherine J. Wu reported in 2024: https://theatln.tc/W8aBhPp2

The presence of these cells, known as microchimerism, is thought to affect every person who has carried an embryo, even if briefly, and anyone who has ever inhabited a womb. The cross-generational transfers are bidirectional—as fetal cells cross the placenta into maternal tissues, a small number of maternal cells migrate into fetal tissues, where they can persist into adulthood.

Genetic swaps, then, might occur several times throughout a life. Some researchers believe that people may be miniature mosaics of many of their relatives, via chains of pregnancy: their older siblings, perhaps, or their maternal grandmother, or any aunts and uncles their grandmother might have conceived before their mother was born. “It’s like you carry your entire family inside of you,” Francisco Úbeda de Torres, an evolutionary biologist at the Royal Holloway University of London, told Wu.

Some scientists have argued that cells so sparse and inconsistent couldn’t possibly have meaningful effects. Even among microchimerism researchers, hypotheses about what these cells do—if anything at all—remain “highly controversial,” Sing Sing Way, an immunologist and a pediatrician at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital, told Wu. But many experts contend that microchimeric cells aren’t just passive passengers. They are genetically distinct entities. And they might hold sway over many aspects of health: our susceptibility to infectious or autoimmune disease, the success of pregnancies, maybe even behavior.

If these cells turn out to be as important as some scientists believe they are, they might be one of the most underappreciated architects of human life, Wu writes.

Reiki for Health & Balance

Since 2004, I have been on a holistic health journey for myself and for my family through the overlapping worlds of autism, ADHD, OCD, depression/anxiety, gut health, food intolerances, adrenal fatigue, mold, and chronic Lyme. I believe we must address the root cause of any illness and not just treat symptoms. This kind of thinking has led me to a broader perspective in health and wellness encompassing physical, mental and spiritual healing. In 2010, I experienced my first Reiki treatment and could not deny the physical detox effect it had on my body. Little did I know that I was detoxing emotions and energies that had been sitting there for years. We each have a physical body and an energy body which are intricately connected. The easiest way to understand this is how you feel when you first meet someone. You know instantly whether you click with them or not; that gut feeling is your energy “body”. When we neglect the energy body or stuff down our emotions, this creates blocks in our life force energy (also called “ki” as in Reiki). I believe keeping our energy balanced and healthy may even be more important than keeping our physical body healthy and strong. If you are interested in learning more or wish to bring your energy into balance, I invite you to experience a Reiki session with me. My intention is to provide quiet and mindful energy healing to all of my clients. Many appreciate the opportunity to just be. I am a White Light Reiki Master/Teacher, a Usui Reiki Master/Teacher and practice Karuna Reiki too. I look forward to being of service in your healing journey.
