✨Once you’re in the heart of challenge, adversity or what feels like failure, there is a way forward that elevates your experience.

1. ✨Acknowledge the emotion that goes along with adversity. Feel it, it’s valid and allow it to be heard.

2. ✨CHOOSE how you want to experience it. For example, I know that I feel as though I’ve failed, but all my power is in my perspective. I choose to know that adversity is inherent in life itself and I see the opportunity, the growth and the gift that is mine on the other side of it.

3. ✨Embrace GRATITUDE. 🙏🏻 This is hard, but I’m grateful for this challenge because every moment of pain brings me courage and wisdom and empowerment. It changes me in the best possible way and for this I am grateful.

We begin to encounter joy within rather than searching for it externally. We begin to feel at peace in our mind, body and heart rather than having to craft our environment in a certain way to achieve it. We begin to experience love as an internal quality rather than something we need from another person.

This understanding may be self-evident to some, but I have found that most of us don’t actually know this.
✨
It’s been my experience that we spend much of our time experiencing from unworthiness and on an unending quest to prove otherwise. In other words our lives end up being informed by lack, which leads us to do everything we can to compensate for that erroneous belief. And yet, worthiness is an inside job and nothing outside of us can fill that void.
✨
I want you to put your hand on your heart and consider who you are. Remind yourself of the truth of your worthiness.
✨
I AM worthy.
I AM worthy.
I AM worthy.
✨
Really let that sink in. Run that truth through your energy field. We have nothing to prove. We are worthy. We are more than enough just by our mere existence.
✨
Climb to new heights, change the world, explore all the gifts you came here to share, but do it from the knowing that you are more than enough and that all you accomplish is just icing on the cake of your worthiness.
