Dr. Ruben Lambert is a licensed Psychologist specializing in Mind/Body Wellness Interventions. He is also a Zen Master in the Korean Zen Tradition. Dr. Lambert’s passion is educating the community on the pitfalls of burnout and the importance of self care. His mantra is “Self Care is not Selfish” in today’s business environment employee wellness is non negotiable and needs to be part of any successful business.
