Health Savings Account (HSA) and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) cards may be used for eligible medical services, including:

• Acne therapy, including AviClear and chemical peels for active acne
• Botox or filler for medical indications (migraines, TMJ, hyperhidrosis)
• Laser hair removal for PCOS-related hair growth
• Prescription-based skincare or wound and scar care

Eligibility is determined by your individual plan, and supporting documentation or a letter of medical necessity may be required.
