I think approves of my updog 🥰
Watched a few minutes of my flow today and saw some areas for improvement in alignment and posture, but at the end of the day found acceptance in what my body was capable of in that moment. Finding perfection in the imperfection is what the yoga is all about. Namaste friends 🙏🧘‍♀️💖
