Aloha from Majestic Care! 🌺 Our Cincinnati communities were thrilled to host the first stop of the Cincinnati 2025 Bus Tour! Around 60 professionals joined us to learn more about our services, enjoy door prizes, play games, and experience a fun, tropical-themed day with our team. "I used to believe that success meant doing it all at once." Brandi Thompson, Executive Director at Majestic Care of Newburgh, shared on the premiere episode of Hearts of Excellence that she once worked from 6 AM to 11 PM, thinking she had to carry everything on her shoulders.

What she learned (and what we all need to be reminded of) is that leadership does not require perfection. It’s about prioritizing, taking things one day at a time, and not being afraid to fail. 🌟 The failures are where the real learning happens. And in senior care, those lessons make us stronger leaders, teammates, and people.

Our culinary leaders gathered at the Zink test kitchen in Indianapolis for our Life Story Communities Memory Care Dining training! 🍴💜 Our Director of Culinary Operations, Matt Seib, led an incredible hands-on session focusing on preparation techniques for our fork- and finger-friendly Life Stories menu, specially designed to support residents in our Dementia Care units.

The training was filled with great participation and teamwork, leaving our leaders energized and inspired about this transformational program. We are proud to offer something that truly sets us apart, and we’re looking forward to the next training on September 29th at the Zink test kitchen in Columbus, OH! 🌟

A Heartwarming Reunion 💙💜 88-year-old Everett Linton from Cincinnati was able to visit his wife, Patricia, for the first time in almost a year at our community.

The emotional moment brought tears and smiles as Everett went straight to Patricia’s bedside, surrounded by loved ones—including their son via video call. 💕 Before leaving, he gave her a gentle kiss on the forehead, making this reunion truly unforgettable.
