Ice it right, feel better faster.
If you’ve just rolled an ankle, tweaked your knee, or strained a muscle, icing can make a big difference in those first 48 hours.

But only if you do it the right way:
1. Ice for 15–20 minutes at a time
2. Repeat every 1–2 hours as needed
3. Always use a cloth or towel between the ice and your skin
4. Never ice while sleeping
