You already know the answer.
You just do not trust it yet.

That is one of the most common things I see in this work.

Someone will sit with me, go deep, feel something shift.
And then, within days, they are back to scrolling, searching, asking someone else what they should do.

Not because the work did not work.
Because trusting yourself is uncomfortable at first.

We have been taught to look outward.
To find the expert, the program, the answer that finally fixes it.

But that pattern is exactly what keeps you stuck.

The doubt is not a sign you are doing it wrong.
It is part of the process.

Steady practice is how you build trust with yourself.
Not one big breakthrough.
Not the perfect teacher.

Just you, showing up, again and again.

Your nervous system is listening to everything.

The sounds around you, the pace of your breath, the stillness you allow or avoid.

It is constantly scanning for safety.

When it detects threat, whether real or perceived, it shifts into protection mode.
Heart rate rises. Muscles tighten. The mind races.

This is not a flaw. It is your body doing exactly what it was designed to do.

But you can work with that response, not against it.

Sound, breath, and meditation are direct inputs to your nervous system.
Slow, rhythmic sound supports the parasympathetic branch.
Deep, intentional breath signals safety to the brain.
Stillness, practiced consistently, teaches your system it does not have to stay on high alert.

This is why the work I do is not about escaping your life.
It is about building a body that knows how to come back to calm.
Again and again.

Coaching Women with ADHD

Growing up or developing ADHD as an adult can be a true struggle to deal with. While others find it hard to believe it is a struggle at all. They are not in our heads, and don’t have a clue of what is going on. But we have been taught that it is a problem and it is something we need to fix or have fixed. The truth is ADHD is our superpower and we just have to learn how to use it. Did you ever grow up watching Charmed? When they first got their powers, they did not know how to use them and struggled with it until someone taught them. Well it is like that, we are struggling with this power we don’t know how to use yet. We just need a little guidance on how to use it.

I coach through aspects that of self care and way that are beneficial to our wellbeing. While Self Care is perceived as luxury, and/or selfish. Which is not the case, it is an absolute necessity for combatting stress, anxiety, preventing burnout and enabling you to remain calm, focused and centered; all of which is essential for doing your job well. It is also about knowing what we need to do in order to take care of ourselves, being subsequently, able to take care of others as well. That is, if I don’t take care of myself, I won’t be able to care for my loved ones either.

I have been a licensed Massage Therapist since 2006, and own a Wellness Center since 2013. I enjoy helping people take care of their bodies. But there is more than just your body, there is your mind. Your mind works in mysterious ways. For everything to work together we have to harmonize our Body, Mind and Soul. I knew Massage is just one part of Self-Care, which is why I started Coaching.

I want to help you see the stepping stones across the water to a better way of living. When we are able to cope with stress and anxiety it leaves us with a more serene life feeling loved, secured and free.
