OFFICE CLOSURE NOTICE

Due to the forecasted inclement weather, our office will be closed on Monday, February 23, 2026.

If you have a scheduled appointment, our staff will contact you to reschedule. For urgent medical concerns, please call our office at 978-746-6382 and follow the prompts to reach the on-call provider. In the event of a medical emergency, please call 911.

We appreciate your understanding and apologize for any inconvenience.

Dear Parents and Guardians,

We would like to make you aware of an issue that has been brought to our attention regarding phone calls to our office.

Some families who use Boost Mobile or T-Mobile have reported that when calling our office, they may hear an automated message stating that the number they are calling could be marked as spam before the call connects. Please note that this message is generated by the phone carrier and not by our office.

Our office phone number is legitimate and safe to call. We are actively working with our phone service provider to resolve this issue as quickly as possible.

If you experience difficulty reaching us by phone or have concerns, you may also contact our office by fax or during regular business hours.

We appreciate your patience and understanding and apologize for any confusion this may cause.

As we start the new year, we kindly ask that you verify your child’s insurance information to avoid any delays with appointments or billing.

Please confirm the following with your insurance plan:

Our office has one of our providers listed as your child’s Primary Care Provider (P*P).

Your child’s name is spelled correctly on the insurance plan.
Your child’s date of birth is correct.

If any of this information is incorrect or your insurance has changed, please contact our office as soon as possible.

Please note that if the insurance information is not correct at the time of the visit, we may need to reschedule your child’s appointment.

Dear Families,

To help keep all of our patients, families, and staff safe, as we are seeing an increase in respiratory illnesses in our community. Because of this, our office is requiring that everyone aged 5 years and older wear a mask while in the office.

Wearing a mask helps reduce the spread of respiratory illnesses, such as colds, flu, and other infections that affect breathing. This step is important to protect young children, medically vulnerable patients, and our staff.
