Alternating Battlerope: 30 total
Pushups: 10
Battlerope Slams: 15
Shoulder press (DB): 10
BR slams left to right: 20 total
Bent over Row (DB): 10
Battlerope In-n-Out waves: 15
Hammercurls (DB): 10
Battlerope reverse circles: 15
Triceps Kickbacks (DB): 10

REST🙌🙌

Loaded carry: 100 feet X3 per carry (no time)
Equipment: Dumbells or Kettlebells
Suitcase carry
Front loaded carry
Bottoms up carry

Rest when needed. Overall this is a cardio workout so choose weight accordingly. Get ready to sweat!!💪💪

Posture disorders are a common problem among the population. Although we can get by in our regular lives with these disorders, they can cause muscle imbalances that can cause problems further down the road. Here’s a blog article from NASM about Pronation Distortion Syndrome (PDS) and the effects it had on the body. Some posture disorders can be helped with proper muscle strengthening and self-myofascial release (foam rolling). Seeing a qualified personal trainer can help diagnose a posture disorders and we can set up a plan to help the client.

Cardio...not a lot of people love that word. Cardio gets a bad wrap...people associate it pain, breathing super hard, and boring. But there a lot of ways to get that cardio that don’t involve running on a treadmill or pedaling away on that elliptical. Here’s a good article from Men’s Health on some other cardio ideas you can try at the gym. Cardio is very important, so embrace it instead of fighting it. It’s worth it in the end. Ask me for some other ideas that might not be in this article, but this is here to get you started!

One question that a trainer will ask every new client, ”How long do you sit on an average day?”
The average American sits around 13hrs a day. Couple that with an average of 7hrs of sleep means a sedentary day of 20hrs!
