A New Year. A New Decade. A New You!
Every January 1, many, many people resolve to make this the year of change. Setting aggressive goals-going to the gym every day, going on a diet, getting up early every morning to accomplish more in the day. Unfortunately, most resolutions fall flat by the end of February, if not sooner.

This year do it differently! Set one or two small goals and when those become habit add another couple of small goals. By the end of the year, you'll make a big dent in your long term goals while gaining confidence, energy and happiness.

Live healthy for longer with more activity. 1) Move more: less sitting 2) Move slow: integrate more walking throughout the day, those 10,000 steps matter 3) Move fast: Add some high intensity cardio for as little as 10 min, 3x/week 4) Move heavy: maintain muscle mass with resistance training 15 min 2x/week

The findings among masters athletes reflect the aim that many of us have in life: reach a peak then maintain our health, physical and cognitive capacities for as long as we can, and compress ill health into as short a period as possible.
