Your goals can distract you! YES MAAM they sure can.

I’m not saying don’t have a goal WE NEED THEM.

I’m saying to focus on the process.

Focus on those small daily actions that will all contribute towards that major goal in the horizon.

One small step at a time repeated over and over.

Eventually you will get there ♥️ I promise 😇

You don’t need the perfect plan. You don’t need more motivation. You need to show up even when it’s inconvenient, even when it’s messy, and even when you’re tired.

We focus so much on spring cleaning our home but this is also a great time to check in on your habits, your nutrition, and your daily routine.

Busy day today? No problem. Here’s a quick, high protein meal you can throw together in minutes 👇

🍓 High Protein Greek Yogurt Bowl

Ingredients:
• 1 cup plain Greek yogurt (20g protein)
• 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (optional)
• ½ cup berries (fresh or frozen)
• 1 tbsp peanut butter or almond
• 1 tbsp chia seeds

Instructions:
Mix yogurt, nut butter, and protein powder until smooth then top with berries and chia seeds.

Done in 2 minutes ⏱️

✔️ 20- 40g protein (optional protein powder)
✔️ Keeps you full for hours
✔️ Perfect for busy days and hitting goals

Instead, focus on:

✔️ 20-30 minute workouts (when you can't get 60)

✔️ Simple meals (protein + veggie + carb)

✔️ Drinking more water daily (more is more)

✔️ Basement workouts (no travel time & no babysitters needed)

✔️ Gain ACCOUNTABILITY (hire a Personal Trainer or grab some friends)

✔️ Show up each day (no matter how big or little)
