We were so honored to open our doors and host a special Valentine’s Luncheon, welcoming couples from outside our community to celebrate the day in a cozy and comfortable setting. ❤️

On the menu, tender prime rib and rich lobster ravioli, thoughtfully paired with red and white wine. 🍽️🥂

Our Senior Advisor, Cindy, graciously hosted the event, ensuring every detail was thoughtfully planned and every guest felt warmly welcomed. Her attention to creating a comfortable, elegant experience truly set the tone for the afternoon.🌹♥️

Adding to the magic of the celebration, Brian Henderson performed the most beautiful love songs & our guests were so touched they were moved to dance with their loved onel🎶

It was a lovely afternoon and we were grateful to provide a place where Valentine’s Day could be celebrated in such a special way. 💕

Life Enrichment created a romantic table setting that made the afternoon feel elegant and intimate. 🌹

Chef Debbie and her culinary team presented the most delicious and decitant desserts🍰

From the delicious food to the warm laughter shared around the tables, the event was simply beautiful and so well received by all who attended. A wonderful celebration of love, friendship, and community. ♥️

Golden moments visited and this one might be our favorite visit yet. They brought along this four legged furry friend and let me tell you, the golden retriever absolutely understood the assignment.🦮

Dressed head to paw in Valentine’s Day style with red hearts and the cutest red glasses, he stole the show before we even made it through the door. I’m not sure who got more hugs and compliments.♥️

Nothing says love like this golden guy eho was the real heartthrob of the day. ❤️🐾

We kicked off our brand new series New England Uncovered this week, and our first stop was Connecticut and Rhode Island.🍔🌊

Jay did a fantastic job presenting the rich history and sharing fun facts about both states. From fascinating stories to little known trivia, it was a great learning experience for everyone.📖

The audience participation was amazing. So many great questions, comments, and shared memories made the program even more special.👏

The Hopkes, including little pup Lily, are all geared up and ready to root on the Pats in the Super Bowl 🏈💙❤️

We will be pregaming in the club room on Sunday before kickoff. Snacks will be set out, jerseys will be on, and Lily will be holding down her spot as the tiniest but loudest fan in the house. Win or lose, we will be cheering our hearts out and loving every minute of game day together.

We planned the ultimate dream vacation, and spoiler alert—it was EPIC! ✨✈️

Every single detail was carefully thought out and chosen by our residents, from the destination to the food to how we are getting there. Luxury travel was a must. 😎 Think palm trees, exotic excursions, ocean-side rooms, and a concierge who travels right to your beach chair. Yes, please. 🌴🌊🍹

There was laughter, storytelling, and plenty of “in my dream vacation” moments, with ideas so vivid you could almost feel the warm breeze. It was not just about the getaway. It was about choice, imagination, and sharing what makes each person happy.

No packing required, but the vacation vibes were very real. 🧳💭
Best kind. Not bad for $11,220.00!!!

Today I had the honor of leading a brand new program called
Objects and Reflections, and it was a truly meaningful experience.💫

I brought in an American flag from my home that was gifted to my family by a dear friend, a former brave Navy Chief and Navy Pilot. He was deployed multiple times, and during one of those deployments, he was tasked with delivering American flags to different U.S. stations overseas. When he returned home from Iraq, he gifted one of those flags to us.🎖️

This flag holds deep meaning. It represents the courage and sacrifice of the men and women who proudly fly our flag in dangerous places around the world. It also represents my dear friend,
someone who will never be forgotten.

We began the program by reciting the Pledge of Allegiance and then talked about the history of the American flag. A fun fact that sparked great conversation: Betsy Ross did not originally design the 13-star flag, Robert Morris sketched it and then she was asked to sew it! 🫡

Each resident was able to leave today’s program holding a piece of flag memorabilia, carrying with them both history and reflection. Moments like these remind me how powerful shared stories and meaningful objects can be.🇺🇸

What I love the most about Senior Living is how we show up for our sister communities! We have been at the receiving end may times and it’s so nice to be able to give it back!
