This morning in our Doza group chat many of us shared our gratitude. The common themes were friendship, support, love, community, and how truly special it all feels to have each other and be a part of something beyond ourselves. The greater good of giving back to our community and sharing the love of movement is what it’s all really about.

Endless thanks to everyone whose journey has led them to the studio - whether it be in passing, seasonally, or every day. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to share what we love so dearly 🧡

Our first ever Doza spirit week is here!! Last chances to get extra points for your October challenge, so let’s get INTO it!

Every participant will receive an extra point for each class they take dressed in theme, so HAVE FUN!
