Get primed and ready to crush 25.2 with this mobility routine! Improve your movement, reduce injury risk, and hit those reps with efficiency.

โœ… Lacrosse ball to lats โ€“ Loosen up tight lats for better overhead mobility.
โœ… Thoracic spine extension โ€“ Improve posture and positioning for lifting.
โœ… Hip openers with rotation โ€“ Unlock better squat depth and explosive power.
โœ… Shoulder warm-up โ€“ Get those shoulders prepped for stability and endurance.
โœ… Ankle mobility โ€“ Increase range for deeper, stronger movements.

๐Ÿ”ฅ Get Ready for CrossFit Open 25.1! ๐Ÿ”ฅ

Proper warm-up = better performance + fewer injuries! ๐Ÿ’ช Before you tackle 25.1, take a few minutes to prep your body with these key mobility and activation drills:

โœ… Hip Flexor Stretch + Overhead Reachโ€“ Open up your hips and get your shoulders prepped for overhead movements. Key for lunges.
โœ… Thoracic Spine Rotationsโ€“ Improve mobility for a better overhead position. Key for DB cleans.
โœ… Shoulder Activation Seriesโ€“ Wake up those stabilizers for better control and efficiency. Key for DB cleans and burpees.

Perform 8-10 reps of each movement for 1-2 rounds, focus on quality movement, and go crush 25.1! ๐Ÿš€ Tag a friend who needs this warm-up!

This specialized screen is designed to pinpoint movement patterns and weakness that might lead to injuriesโ€”keeping you safe, strong, and ready to play. Whether youโ€™re on the field, court, or track, staying injury-free means more time in the game.

- Personalized feedback related to your performance
- Insights on flexibility, balance, strength, and stability
- Recommendation on how to address areas that need improvement

When: Sunday November 10th from 12-3pm (30 minute time slots)
Where: Active Pursuit Physical Therapy- located inside 7 Fitness
