OK, so 15 1/2 pounds and 15 inches! I guess 15 is my lucky number this week… Feeling great sleeping fantastic. Balance and Burn every day I take my powdered GLP supplement as soon as I wake up in the morning by itself.

But you can mix it in water. If you like I don’t need it. It just taste like a pixie stick of grape…

And then I’ll do my 30 minute walk around the city. Or I’ll go on my walking pad.

Then I’ll have a piece of toast with some avocado and then I’ll take the three capsules that come with the balance and Burn system around 11:30 AM, 1230 the latest.

And I don’t have any food cravings. I’m planning my meals because honestly, I’m not hungry at all.

So I’ll make sure I have a sweet potato with a piece of salmon… I just made  chickpea pasta with broccoli, florettes, and a little bit of cottage cheese and garlic, and it tasted delicious! Eating lots of fiber I have no cravings for sugar at all.

So I’m loving balance and Burn. I will definitely stay on it for at least a year. And change all the things in my body that need to be changed and then I will maintain most likely by taking it once a week for the rest of my life. I love it. I think it’s the best thing I’ve ever taken. I no longer have tinnitus in my ear all the time. I might get it at night a little bit, but I used to have it 24 seven life-changing stuff grab it try yours it’s so worth it. 🌹 Rose – This one is mind-blowing.
It takes about 10,000 pounds of rose petals to make ONE pound of oil.

That means a tiny 5 mL bottle uses over 100 pounds of petals. No wonder it’s liquid gold 🫶

🌿 Peppermint – My favorite oil! About 250 pounds of fresh peppermint makes one pound of oil…so your 5 ml bottle uses just under 3 pounds of leaves.

💜 Lavender – When in doubt, get the lavender out! 💪 Around 100 pounds of blooms = one pound of oil, so your 5 ml bottle needed just over a pound of flowers!

This has been the best 48 days in a very long time, not only am I able to block the noise of food or other things from my brain. I don’t have the fog. I’m focused when I get up in the morning. I’m happy. It’s changing the dynamic of my body. Yes, I am losing weight and overtime. I will lose it all and be at my goal weight but the most important thing is the way I feel! This is for everyone, men and women this takes your body and takes whatever you’re lacking or needs to be moved around and like a chessboard it moves it around for you! It only removes the make up… They’re also excellent to keep in the refrigerator for the summer to wipe down to cool off they smell so good!Yes, you can use them as baby wipes, but you can also use them for keeping Kuhl at a game for your kids just keep them in the fridge and then throw them on the back of your neck. I’m so happy that she is doing so well! When I first started using this product balance in Burn. The first thing I noticed was my stomach going down and now her stomach is doing the same thing.
