provides Speech and Language Therapy and is an approved NYS provider of Early Intervention Services and Preschool Related Services under the auspices of Suffolk County Department of Health; Division of Services for Children with Special Needs. The Early Intervention Program is for children birth to three years of age. These services are provided to eligible children as per county guidelines with no out of pocket family expense. The Preschool Program provides services to children three to five years of age. Services are determined by the Committee on Preschool Special Education of the child's local school district with no out of pocket family expense. Therapy is conducted within the home environment, preschool or within the community. Private pay speech and language therapy is available and insurance is accepted for those families who are not eligible through the Early Intervention and/or Preschool Program.
