Micro cilantro is one of the most nutritious microgreens of all. It’s full of vitamin K, which is essential for strong bones and prevent blood clotting. It contains fat soluble antioxidants that’s crucial for cellular and organ protection. It has an extensive amount of carotenoids, also vitamin C and E. Micro cilantro has three times more beta-carotin than in its mature cilantro! 🌱 🌱
