Varenita Westlake is gearing up for a very special event⚡️

Our beloved resident, Peggy McCarron is turning 101 years old, and she is marking this incredible milestone with a talent show right here at Varenita Westlake on July 19th. Peggy, who has been a pillar of our community and an inspiration to all who meet her, plans to showcase her talents alongside fellow residents in what promises to be an afternoon filled with joy, creativity, and celebration. Peggy and her husband would put on Variety Shows together, raising money for children with medical needs. Peggy was the choreographer of all their shows along side her husband who was the director.

We are extending an invitation to your and your family and friends to join us for this very special occasion. It’s not only a celebration of Peggy’s 101 years of life and her contributions but also highlights the spirit and capabilities of our senior population, which often go unnoticed.

Some shimmy’s, some shakes, some boot scootin’ hand clappin’ fun had by so many last night at our Western Night! Such a special set of people made it a hit! Our 100 year old resident even ended the night as the star of the show on lead guitar!!!!

National Oreo Day giving us all a reason to eat cookies all day long! Over 16 different varieties to choose from along with 6 different styles of milk to dunk. I’d say today was awfully sweet!!!
