Instead, coupling keen intuition, perceptive awareness and the most current science, Jacqueline assesses each client emotionally and physically on a daily basis, working them no further that she thinks they can go on a given day; often, this proves further, by the end of the session, than the client first thought possible. Practiced regularly, this approach of slow-movement- onset-into-stronger-workout results in incremental but impactful, life-improving changes.
