Welcome Aaron Knapp to our practice! Aaron is a licensed social worker (LSW) and Chemical Dependency Counselor. He went to The Ohio State University for his Bachelors in Social Work, minoring in Substance Use Disorders. Aaron has experience with the juvenile court system and specializes in children 8-18 years old! Aaron is taking new clients so call today to schedule with him!!

💗🌱💗 It creates a positivity that benefits not only you, but your families, your colleagues and friends, and the entire community. Our respite classes are intended to nurture wellbeing and deepen community for families currently facing unique challenges.

Seed Yoga recently faced some financial hardships and took a short pause, to reflect and transition, but we’ve come through and are SO excited to continue our caregiver respite classes for FREE! We are partnering with to offer the west side classes in Lakewood, and partnering with to offer classes in Solon. While our classes are remaining FREE for caregiver respite, we always appreciate donations and fundraising help if you are ever feeling called to do so.

Welcome Lindsay Carr! She is our newest graduate intern. After graduating with her bachelors in Psychology at Ohio State, she began her graduate work at John Carrol University where she is now studying Clinical Mental Health Counseling to become a Licensed Professional Counselor. We are so happy to have you, Lindsay and excited for all the ways that you will grow with us at WCW!

As we go into the New Year, we can get super ambitious with goals that are not realistic long term. Don’t feel the pressure to make resolutions because everyone else is! Continuing to reflect on changes you need to make throughout the year is much more realistic and sustainable!
