Dr. Robert Snow is one of the leading bariatric surgeons in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. He’s proud to use his expertise and attentive bedside manner to help men and women with their weight loss and health journeys at Snow Bariatric Center in Trophy Club, Texas.

Dr. Snow has extensive experience with established treatment approaches such as gastric bypass and gastric sleeve. He’s also long been on the cutting edge of weight loss surgery and is dedicated to continued education to ensure his patients have the best possible treatment options. He was part of the first group of surgeons in the United States to be trained in and perform LAP-BAND® placement and has trained and proctored over 300 surgeons in the procedure.

At Snow Bariatric Center, in addition to LAP-BAND, he also offers newer techniques such as the Obalon® Balloon System and endoscopic sleeve gastroplasty, which produce dramatic weight loss results without surgery.

Dr. Snow received his bachelor’s in biology from the University of Texas at Austin, then attended medical school at the University of Health Sciences College of Osteopathic Medicine in Kansas City, Missouri. After graduating from medical school, he completed his internship and residency in general medicine at Dallas-Fort Worth Medical Center.
