A quick reminder that anxiety (most of the time) is a biological response to perceived threat. If you are experiencing anxiety, one approach can be to look at how your mind is framing the subject or your current situation as a "threat" and using evidence or different narratives to either decrease or dispel that threat.

For example, if you are anxious that your friends secretly dislike you, the "threat" is that you'll soon lose social connections and allies. Reminding yourself that your social network is constantly changing and that if you remain mindful and authentic, it's likely you'll attract people with the same values.
