…maybe the longest cord we’ve seen yet? is gesturing to a typical cord length versus what we’ve got here! a variation of normal. wrapped around baby girls neck only one time, no problems at all. ♥️

big sister woke up to find little sister had arrived, just like any other day… because it was just another day. and also, somehow simultaneously, the day that everything changed forever for this family. because birth is such a transformation. every time. we are very lucky to do what we do around here! beautiful images by and the lovely mama

We may be absolutely terrible at posting to instagram, but we’re still out here doing the thing! This lovely note from a beautiful client made our day and we had to share, in addition to some sweet photos of her recent birth journey. Birth matters. Your birth matters. Your health matters. You matter, and so does your baby. Your experience matters. As do your feelings and traumas and triumphs. Don’t forget!
