April is Stress Awareness Month, and meditation is a proven way to relax, reduce stress, and clear the mind 🧘🏽♂️😌🧠
This week, we had the pleasure of experiencing a sound bath and guided meditation with Kari Harris. To make the experience even more special, attendees received a hand-painted kindness rock on their way out each one thoughtfully designed by Kari’s son. A truly meaningful and memorable experience!
