Mixed Melody Music Center We provide the highest quality services, making music accessible to people of all ages and abilities Music Therapy Enrichment Center, Inc. Hours vary daily.

provides Music Therapy services throughout the Greater Cleveland Area. We provide 1:1 and small group services at our Westlake location, and provide home-based and community based services as well! We work with children and adults in a variety of settings. MTEC also provides typical and adapted music lessons - piano, guitar, ukulele, voice and flute. Finally, we provide Early Childhood Music classes at our Westlake site.

Miss Janeen has been teaching some of our individual lesson students to play the flute!

With a bachelor's degree in flute performance, she has a wide variety of experience which includes band and orchestral music, gigging at local nursing homes, and competing in and winning national competitions. She has played in pit orchestras and has some experience with beatboxing on the flute as well. With beginners, she focuses on breathing and embouchure. They learn scales that directly correlate with notes used in a student’s preferred music to cultivate motivation for practice. The flute is an extremely versatile instrument, and she loves helping students discover their own tone and style on the instrument!
