Focusing on inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation with 24-hour skilled nursing care, Life Care Center of Westlake's in-house team of nurses and therapists creates individual care plans treating the whole person ? Wellness and customer service are a daily focus in everything we do. In fact, we received the 2018 Bronze National Quality Award from the American Health Care Association and National Center for Assisted Living. The Lamberts were great entertainment for the Christmas party! 🎄 Darren Lambert has been playing piano since the age of 9 and brought a few home-spun takes on some classics, sharing a talent for song writing. It was really great seeing him, his wife, and their kids. 🌟

🎁 This season's craft fair and fundraiser was a hit! All items were made by the residents, and all the proceeds went directly into the Resident Fund. Thanks to all who helped our residents craft the items, the residents who developed and fortified skills while making them, and to all who purchased the items! 👍

Items in the sale included homemade dog treats 🐾, pampering in a jar, energy in a jar, jambalaya mix, ranch mix, cookie mix 🍪, body butter, sugar scrub, and so much more!

🎄 This lovely tree was decked out with ornaments with names on them, one for each of our residents. Every year, we ask that people take a name and get something for the resident. Every resident gets a present every year. 🎁 Thank you so much to all those who donated, giving out of the goodness of their heart so that every person living at Life Care of Westlake, whether long-term or short-term, received a present for Christmas and could feel loved and seen. ❤️🫂🎅

We have certainly enjoyed our Christmas decorations this year! 🎄 We even got some snow to add to the holiday vibes! 🌨️
